Rachana Construction, founded by Mr. Shishir Diote, is a prominent real estate development company based in Nagpur and Pune. The story of Rachana began in 1987, when Mr. Shishir Diote, driven by a vision of providing affordable housing to his community, decided to venture into the real estate industry.
In 2001, Mr. Shishir Diote established his own company, Rachana Construction Company Nagpur Private Limited (RCCNPL), to focus on real estate development projects.
