Devaloke Group, founded in 1995 by Mr. Sankar Kundu, has evolved from humble beginnings to a diverse cluster of companies, spanning from Limited Companies to proprietorship firms. The journey began with "Minati Apartment," a modest project created in loving memory of Mr. Kundu's late wife, Mrs. Minati Kundu.
Initially, their focus was on smaller projects in and around the southern fringe of Kolkata. Over the years, they have achieved remarkable progress, successfully completing 13 projects with sizes ranging from 6,000 sq.ft to 31,000 sq.ft in areas like Garia, Baghajatin, and Bansdroni.
