Actor Tabu has expanded her real estate portfolio with the purchase of a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Versova area for ₹10 crore. According to property documents, the apartment is located in the premium Godrej Skyshore project and was bought from Godrej Properties.
The apartment covers around 2,153 square feet and includes a balcony of about 127 square feet, offering a spacious and comfortable living space. The deal was officially registered on March 26, 2026. As part of the transaction, a stamp duty of ₹5.24 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid. The purchase also comes with two dedicated car parking spaces.
Godrej Skyshore is a high-end residential project spread over more than 27,000 square feet. It features two towers, Tower A and Tower B, each rising up to 24 floors, along with five basement levels and a ground floor. The project will have only 126 apartments, making it an exclusive development in the Versova neighborhood.
