
Worli, Mumbai, April 6, 2026: Indian playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, along with her parents Shamishtha Ghoshal and Biswajit Ghoshal, has acquired a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli locality for Rs 29.70 crore, according to property registration documents.
The transaction was officially registered in April 2026, as per records from the Inspector General of Registration’s website. The apartment is situated in Godrej Trilogy Worli, a high-end residential development in one of the city’s most premium micro-markets.
Documents reveal that the apartment has a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft and a total area of 2,750.28 sq ft. The property also includes three dedicated car parking spaces.
The deal incurred a stamp duty of Rs 1.78 crore, in addition to registration charges of Rs 30,000, reflecting continued demand for luxury real estate in Mumbai.
