Playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has added another premium property to her growing real estate portfolio, purchasing a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Santacruz West for ₹20.88 crore. The apartment has been jointly acquired with her family members, Sarmistha Ghoshal and Bishwajit Ghoshal.
According to property registration documents, this marks the third property purchase by the Ghoshal family in the last three months. Earlier this month, Shreya Ghoshal had already bought two luxury apartments worth nearly ₹60 crore in the under-construction Godrej Trilogy project in Worli.
The newly purchased apartment is located in the Vaayu building on Sarojini Road in Santacruz West, a well-established and upscale suburban locality. The property has been acquired from Aum Developers Realty as part of a redevelopment project of the old Sukhada building.
The apartment offers a spacious layout with a carpet area of 2,601 sq ft, along with a 299 sq ft balcony, bringing the total usable area to around 2,900 sq ft. The deal also includes three dedicated car parking spaces, adding to the convenience.
The transaction was officially registered on April 24, 2026, with a stamp duty payment of ₹1.25 crore.
