Shraddha Kapoor's Juhu apartment has once again drawn attention as the actor renews her stay in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after areas.
Actor Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the lease for her apartment in Juhu, Mumbai, for another year at a monthly rent of ₹6 lakh, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The renewal agreement was officially registered on February 25, 2026. The residence is based in Prime Beach, a prominent residential building in Juhu, one of Mumbai’s most desired beachfront areas. She had first taken the same apartment on lease under an agreement registered in October 2024.
The sea-facing unit covers 365 square meters, or 3,929 square feet, and includes four allocated car parking spaces. The leave-and-license agreement has been signed for a tenure of 12 months. The starting monthly rent is fixed at ₹6 lakh, bringing the total rental agreement for the full term to ₹72 lakh.
Registration documents reveal that the actress has paid the entire ₹72 lakh as advance rent for the year. The agreement attracted a stamp duty of ₹36,000 along with registration charges of ₹1,000, in line with prevailing norms for such transactions in Mumbai.

Juhu continues to remain a preferred address for film personalities and high-net-worth individuals, owing to its proximity to the beach, established infrastructure, and relative privacy compared to other parts of the city. Kapoor’s decision to renew the lease, rather than relocate, reflects the sustained demand for premium rental residences in Mumbai’s western suburbs, particularly among members of the film industry seeking space, security, and discretion.
