Bollywood actor-producer Arbaaz Khan’s apartment purchase in Mumbai has caught attention after property records revealed the actor bought a ₹2.78 crore home in Jogeshwari West. Property registration records accessed via Zapkey show the 1,243 sq ft RERA-carpet home is located on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency on Link Road, offering scenic views and privacy.
The deal, registered on February 17, 2026, includes two parking spaces and reflects a rate exceeding ₹22,000 per sq ft. Arbaaz paid over ₹16 lakh in stamp duty along with a ₹30,000 registration fee, documents reveal. The apartment was bought directly from developer Multistar Builders LLP, with possession expected by December 2030, as the project is under construction.
