Dabur India Limited has leased a 1.62 lakh sq ft warehouse in Hasanganj, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. The facility has been leased for nine years from Satram Builders, according to lease documents.
The agreement was signed on December 12, 2025, at a monthly rent of Rs. 25.93 lakh. The rental structure includes Rs. 15.60 per sq ft per month for the main warehouse area and Rs. 7.8 per sq ft per month for a 7,500 sq ft mezzanine floor.
Dabur has paid a security deposit of 1.3 crore for the property. The lease also includes an annual rent escalation clause of 4%, indicating a long-term commitment to the location.
The move reflects the company’s strategy to strengthen its logistics and distribution network in North India, enabling improved inventory management and faster delivery across key markets.
