Actor-producer Arbaaz Khan has sold a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West locality for ₹6.5 crore, according to property registration documents. The transaction was officially registered on May 5, 2026.
The apartment is located in Tower B of Runwal Elegante, a premium residential project in Lokhandwala Complex near Infiniti Mall. Reports suggest the property has a carpet area of 1,369 square feet and includes two dedicated parking spaces. The buyers reportedly paid around ₹39 lakh as stamp duty during the registration process.
Andheri West, especially the Lokhandwala area, continues to remain one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential locations for celebrities and entertainment professionals. The area’s proximity to film studios, production houses, restaurants, and commercial hubs has made it a preferred choice among actors, filmmakers, influencers, and business executives connected to the entertainment industry.
Interestingly, this is not the only property transaction involving Arbaaz Khan this year. Earlier in 2026, he reportedly purchased another apartment in Jogeshwari West for ₹2.78 crore.
As per property documents, the apartment is situated on the 27th floor of Autograph Residency on Link Road. The property reportedly has a RERA carpet area of 1,243 square feet and was purchased at a rate of over ₹22,000 per square foot.
The Jogeshwari West deal was registered on February 17, 2026. Reports also stated that over ₹16 lakh was paid towards stamp duty, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000. The apartment includes two parking spaces as well.
