YEIDA Announces Group Housing Plot Scheme in Greater Noida

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has introduced an exciting group housing plot scheme in Sector 22-D. This project invites applications for six unique plot categories, offering a range of opportunities for interested individuals.
The application process commenced on 28 September 2023, opening doors to various investment options. With plot prices, including PLC, ranging from Rs. 61.50 crore to Rs. 135.3 crore, this scheme promises attractive prospects for potential investors.
To participate in this transformative initiative, applicants must submit their applications until 27 October 2023. Individuals can log in to the official YEIDA website for comprehensive details and guidelines.
The selection of successful candidates will be finalised before 21 November 21. The chosen applicants will be able to secure land through an e-auction scheduled for 21 November.
