WeWork India leases over 92,000 sq. ft. of office space in PUNE

WeWork India has agreed with Panchshil Realty to lease 92,000 sq. ft. office space in the developer's new project Eleven West in Pune's Baner locality.

This is WeWork India's third transaction with the developer and the co-working player is also partnering with Panchshil Realty for one more asset - Golden Bell, as part of its efforts to expand its footprint in the city.

Since entering the Indian market in 2017, WeWork India has signed over 6.5 million sq ft of office assets across 44 locations in NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.
