The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started registrations for an exclusive lineup of penthouses, super High-Income Group (HIG) flats, and more through its e-auction mode. The "Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023" promises a digital journey for potential homeowners.

The housing bonanza includes 14 lavish penthouses nestled in Dwarka's Sector-19 B, alongside 170 super HIGs and 946 regular HIGs. Sector-14 and Lok Nayak Puram also offer 316 and 647 Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats, respectively.

To participate, interested individuals must register online and submit their Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) by December 29, 6 pm. The final application submission deadline is January 1, 2024. The highly anticipated e-auction, with the flat-wise schedule yet to be announced, is scheduled to commence on January 5, 2024.

For those seeking a 'first come, first serve' opportunity, the registration for flats in Narela, Dwarka, and Lok Nayak Puram began on November 24 and will continue until March 31, 2024. Excitement buzzed as more than 350 registrations flooded by 8 pm on the launch day, soaring past 500 by 9 pm.
