Two Upcoming Township Projects by Arvind SmartSpace in Ahmedabad

Arvind SmartSpace has signed up for two township projects in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, spreading over approximately 704 acres, and the worth of these projects is around Rs 2,300 crore.

With so many real estate projects ongoing and completed, the company is planning new township projects in Ahmedabad city that will spread over 704 acres!

Among these two township projects, one covers an area of approximately 500 acres with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs. 1,450 crore. The other project will cover 204 acres, and the estimated revenue potential for this project is approximately Rs. 850 crore.

Both the projects will be located in South Ahmedabad city, and it will be the 17th and 18th real estate project in the city by Arvind SmartSpace!
