Titan Company buys commercial space in Mumbai’s Borivali for Rs 100 crore

Fashion accessories maker Titan Company has purchased commercial space spread across three floors in a ready project in the Borivali suburb of Mumbai for Rs 100 crore.

The space is spread over a 16,280 sq. ft. carpet area in the building.

A stamp duty of Rs 6 crore was paid by the buyer. The property was registered on May 18. An email has been sent to Titan company.

It has purchased the ground, first, and upper basement of a building known as Vinni Elegance in Borivali (West), Mumbai.
