“The Kashmir Files” director Vivek Agnihotri buys premium apartment in Mumbai’s Versova

Bollywood director Vivek Agnihotri, known for his recent movie "The Kashmir Files", and his wife actress Pallavi Joshi have jointly bought a premium residential apartment in Versova locality of Mumbai's Andheri suburb for Rs 17.92 crores.

The duo bought the property from the developer of the project Ecstasy Realty. The report further stated that the apartment on the 30th floor of the Tower Parthenon is spread over a 3,258 sq ft area and comes with a total of three car parking slots.

Reportedly, the director and his wife have paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore for the registration of the deal. The documents were accessed through Indextap.com. The value of the apartment per sq ft was a little over Rs 55,000.
