
Ten X Realty, with support from Raymond, is poised to revolutionise Mumbai with a massive Rs. 1,700 crore project in Mahim West.
Ten X Realty (TXRL), a subsidiary of Raymond, has been chosen as the developer for the revitalisation of Kumari Jethi T Sipahimalani CHS, also known as Navjivan Society, in Mahim West, Mumbai. This project, spanning across 3.6 acres, is poised to unlock a huge revenue potential exceeding Rs. 1,700 crore.
After obtaining the necessary approvals, both internally and externally, Ten X Realty will start on this transformational journey. Raymond's board of directors recently greenlit an investment of up to Rs. 301 crore in Ten X Realty, with Rs. 125 crore coming in the form of redeemable preference shares and the remaining Rs.176 crore through an Inter Corporate Deposit (ICD).
