The exact location of this land parcel is in Doddanekundi Village, beside the KR Puram Hobli in the Northeastern part of Bangalore city. The transaction for this particular land parcel deal took place through TRIL Bengaluru Real Estate Five Ltd and TRIL Bengaluru Real Estate Six Ltd. Both are well-known subsidiaries of Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd.

Tata Realty is also planning to launch 5 million sq. ft. office space in Bengaluru by the end of this year. The launch will include two IT parks involving an investment of Rs. 4000 crores and sprawling across 30 acres in the Northern part of the city.
