Experience a housing revolution in Tamil Nadu as CM M K Stalin inaugurates 4,272 affordable flats, marking a Rs. 453.67 crore commitment to 'Housing For All'.

Tamil Nadu's Chief Minister M K Stalin has officially unveiled 4,272 newly constructed flats across nine districts. With a total investment of Rs. 453.67 crore, these affordable housing units mark a significant stride under the 'Housing For All' initiative.

The inauguration ceremony, held on Monday, featured the Chief Minister's participation in unveiling a multistoried apartment housing of 32 units in Tirunelveli district, constructed at Rs. 31.26 crore. Each housing unit, constructed on a 400 square feet area, is set to provide quality living spaces, costing Rs. 9.77 lakh per house.

The Cooperative department's state-of-the-art warehouses were also inaugurated. Valued at Rs. 23.35 crore, these warehouses equipped with modern facilities will serve Agricultural Producers Cooperative Marketing Societies at key locations like Tiruchengode, Erode, Rasipuram, and Perundurai.

Further, the Chief Minister took a moment to commemorate the birth centenary of former Chief Minister M Karunanidhi by presenting sanction orders to 100 differently-abled individuals as part of the Kalaignar 100 initiative. Additional sanction orders were distributed to various beneficiaries.

Recognising the challenges faced by individuals affected by the expansion of Neyveli Lignite Corporation, the Chief Minister distributed pattas to 3,543 deserving persons. Seven individuals were personally handed their land ownership documents to represent this significant moment.

For better governance, M K Stalin also launched the F-Line online service. This service facilitates the accurate measurement of field boundaries by surveyors, streamlining land-related processes and promoting efficiency in the administration.
