Sonakshi Sinha Bought a New Home in Bandra, Mumbai

Bollywood star Sonakshi Sinha has made a stunning real estate investment by purchasing a luxury apartment in the Bandra area of Mumbai.

Sonakshi Sinha, the famous Bollywood actor, bought a super luxury apartment in Mumbai's Bandra neighbourhood. She spent a huge Rs 11 crore on it. Covering almost 2,430 sq. ft., the apartment is on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate on KC Road near Bandra reclamation.

Sonakshi didn't go through any middleman and bought it directly from the builders, Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespaces. She made the deal official on August 29th and paid an extra Rs. 55 lakh for stamp duty during the paperwork. Also, this isn't her first place in this building. She owns another apartment on the 16th floor of the same building, which she bought for Rs. 14 crore in March 2020.

Sonakshi isn't the one investing money into real estate. Many big names from Bollywood are doing it too. For instance, Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary actor, recently bought four huge offices in another part of Andheri, Mumbai, for nearly Rs. 29 crore.

Kartik Aryan, Sara Ali Khan, Amrita Singh, Ajay Devgan, and Kajol are all neighbours in the same building. It is not just actors; movie producers and directors also join the real estate fun. For example, Dinesh Vijan, a famous director and filmmaker, recently got himself a super luxury apartment spanning over 7,800 square feet in Rustomjee Parishram in Bandra's Pali Hill Area for nearly Rs. 103 crore.
