Playback singer Sonu Nigam has purchased two commercial offices with a total area of 5,547 sq. ft. in Mumbai's Andheri suburb for a total of Rs 11.37 crore.
These offices are part of the free-sale component of a redevelopment project on Veera Desai Road in Andheri (west) being undertaken by Saroj Landmark Realty LLP.
The deals for both offices were registered on March 15, showing the documents accessed through the real estate data analytics firm Propstack.
These offices on the ground and first floor of the under-construction project are spread over 2,767 sq. ft. and 2,780 sq. ft., and the singer has paid consideration of Rs 5.83 crore and Rs 5.54 crore for them.
