Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has announced a strategic partnership with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to develop a premium branded residential project in Sector 71 along the Southern Peripheral Road. The project entails an estimated investment of ₹2,890.9 crore, according to a company statement released on April 16.
Spread across approximately 12.40 acres, the development will comprise 812 luxury apartments in 3, 4, and 4.5 BHK configurations. The Gross Development Value (GDV) is projected at around ₹4,000 crore. Pricing details are expected to be revealed at the time of the official launch.
The collaboration follows a brand-led development model, with Tonino Lamborghini steering the creative direction of the project. The Italian brand will infuse its signature design philosophy, craftsmanship, and lifestyle aesthetics into the residential offering. Signature Global will oversee construction, execution, and sales, leveraging its expertise in the local real estate market.
The project will feature five residential towers and a signature clubhouse designed under Tonino Lamborghini’s guidance. Amenities will include a café, fine-dining restaurant, banquet spaces, wellness zones, spa and sauna, gymnasium, swimming pool, yoga areas, and a gaming arcade. The overall design will be led by Angela Krieger, Creative Director at Tonino Lamborghini Total Living.
