Cricketer Shubman Gill has acquired a luxury under-construction apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Juhu locality for ₹20.7 crore, according to property registration data reviewed via Zapkey.
The apartment spans 3,369 sq ft and is located on the 12th floor of the upcoming Pooja Luminaire on Juhu-Tara Road, one of the city’s most premium residential stretches. The effective price works out to approximately ₹61,442 per sq ft, aligning with prevailing rates in the micro-market, which continues to attract high-net-worth buyers from business, entertainment, and sports sectors.
Gill, who currently leads India in Test and ODI formats, paid a stamp duty of ₹1.24 crore for the transaction. The project is being developed by Pooja Leisure and Lifestyle, promoted by film producer Vashu Bhagnani, along with Jackky Bhagnani and Pooja Bhagnani.
Launched in December 2024, the 16-storey luxury development is expected to be completed by 2029. The transaction further highlights sustained demand for premium under-construction properties in Mumbai’s western suburbs, particularly in established coastal locations like Juhu.
