Rikant Pittie, co-founder and CEO of EaseMyTrip, has acquired a luxury penthouse in DLF’s The Westpark project in Andheri West for Rs 15.9 crore. The deal stands out as one of the highest per sq. ft. transactions recorded in Mumbai’s western suburbs.
The apartment was purchased at a rate of Rs 76,500 per square foot on a RERA carpet basis, significantly exceeding the locality’s average residential rate of around Rs 40,200 per square foot as of December 2025. On a standard carpet basis, the rate stands at Rs 70,967 per square foot, highlighting the premium commanded by the project.
According to property registration documents, the penthouse is located on the 39th floor and offers a carpet area of 2,078 sq. ft, along with a 162 sq. ft. balcony, taking the total usable space to 2,240 square feet.
The transaction, registered on November 14, 2025, also includes three dedicated parking spaces. Pittie paid over Rs 95 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as registration fees, reflecting the scale of the deal in Mumbai’s competitive luxury housing market.
