Mumbai-based real estate developer Raymond Realty has announced the launch of a luxury residential project in Mumbai, a premium redevelopment in Wadala, with a projected profit of ₹5,000 crore. Named ‘The Address by GS, Wadala,’ the construction will develop on a 5.62-acre property, as per a regulatory filing made on January 21.
While the company hasn't revealed the total number of units or the project cost, it confirmed that the development will feature 31-storey towers offering premium 2- and 3-BHK luxury residences. The luxury residential project in Mumbai will also feature 10,500 sq ft of high-street retail space, along with a recreational area of 1.7 lakh sq ft and a 45,000 sq ft clubhouse.
Amenities will cater to a luxury lifestyle, with a swimming pool, lounge deck, golf simulator, mini-theatre, badminton and squash courts, bowling alley, banquet spaces, and various social and wellness zones. The project is RERA-approved, ensuring regulatory compliance and transparency.
Connectivity and convenience are essential to the development’s appeal. Residents will benefit from being close to the Eastern Freeway and Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), offering seamless access to major business hubs and the airport. Additionally, the project is situated near the monorail and the upcoming Metro Lines 4 and 11, enhancing cross-modal connectivity. This makes it highly attractive for professionals commuting to BKC, Lower Parel, and South Mumbai, as well as investors targeting high-growth rental micro-markets.
Sustainability has also been emphasized, with the development designed in line with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) standards, illustrating Raymond Realty’s commitment to eco-friendly construction.
With a balance of luxury living, lifestyle amenities, and strategic location, The Address by GS, Wadala, is expected to become one of Mumbai’s premium residential destinations, appealing to homebuyers and investors looking for exclusive real estate opportunities.
