Television producer Rajan Shahi has purchased a 5BHK penthouse in Mumbai’s upscale Madh Island for ₹13.71 crore, according to property registration documents accessed via Zapkey.com.
The sea-facing residence is located on the 35th floor of Raheja Exotica Cyprus, part of the Raheja Exotica development at Madh Island. The deal translates to a rate of over ₹37,000 per sq ft. The penthouse offers a RERA carpet area of 3,248 sq ft along with a deck spanning more than 400 sq ft. The transaction also includes four dedicated parking spaces.
The purchase was registered on December 26, 2025. Stamp duty of ₹82 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid as part of the transaction.
Shahi now joins a notable list of residents within the same tower. Playback singer Jubin Nautiyal owns an apartment on the 34th floor, while actor Sanjay Mishra holds an apartment on the 15th floor.
The transaction reflects continued demand for premium high-rise homes in Mumbai’s coastal micro-markets, where privacy, expansive layouts, and uninterrupted sea views continue to command strong valuations.
