Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has sold another apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill for ₹18.50 crore, marking her second property sale in the area within four months.
Property registration documents show that the deal was completed on March 2, 2026. The apartment, located on the 11th floor and measuring about 1,770 sq ft, is part of the Rustomjee Parishram building in Bandra. The buyers are Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, US citizens of Indian origin.
The transaction attracted a stamp duty payment of ₹1.11 crore along with a registration fee of ₹30,000, according to property records.
This sale comes shortly after Preity Zinta sold another apartment in the same building in November 2025. That property, also on the 11th floor and measuring about 1,474 sq ft, was sold for more than ₹14 crore.
The apartments were sold to the actor in April 2025 after the redevelopment of her older residential building in Pali Hill.
Moreover, Zinta had said in December 2025 that she may reinvest the proceeds from her earlier sale into a premium property in Bandra, potentially valued at around ₹100 crore, signalling a possible upgrade in the city’s high-end real estate market.
