Peninsula Land posts net profit of Rs 55.73 crore in Q4 FY23

Peninsula Land has reported a net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 55.73 crore during the quarter ended March 31, 2023. It had recorded a net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 53.13 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company's net consolidated total income stood at Rs 151.38 crore in Q4 FY23, a growth of 45.80 percent from Rs 103.83 crore it recorded in a similar quarter last year.

The board of directors proposed raising funds worth Rs 150 crore by way of issuing non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis in one or more tranches during the financial year 2023-24, it said in the regulatory filing.
