Parking Area Flats Unsealed in Noida

In 2022, the Noida Authority sealed 11 flats constructed illegally in the stilt parking area of the Antriksh Golf View 1 Society. A few months ago, the builder unsealed 2 of the unsealed property.

The Noida authority got continuous complaints against the illegal construction at Antriksh Golf View 1 in the stilt parking area of the housing society. So, the Noida authority has stopped further construction and even sealed the flats!

The builder was also selling the parking slots proposed for a green area. Almost every flat in the stilt area is sold now and even occupied by the residents there. Because of all these illegal and improper constructions by the property developers, residents were getting several issues, including parking. They were forced to park their vehicles outside their society premises.

A resident, Nav Ratan Gautam, stated that the developer sold 200 parking spaces and proposed to have a driveway. "While we have complained about this multiple times to the Noida Authority, there has been no action against the builder yet. The builder has cheated all of us with his promises."

According to several residents, they approached and complained to the Noida authority in 2017. And that was when the developer had just initiated that illegal construction. Looking into the matter, the authority asked the developer to stop the construction. But, after some time, the developer again started the construction even when the residents complained about that!

An official from the Noida authority said that they are going to inspect the society and they will be taking action accordingly.
