
Oppo Mobiles India Private Limited has subleased approximately 4.3 lakh square feet of industrial space in Greater Noida to Bhagwati Products Ltd, a joint venture between Micromax Informatics and China’s Huaqin Technology Co.
According to sublease documents, the facility is located in Sector Ecotech 7, Greater Noida, and the agreement was formally registered on February 5. The lease is set for four years and eight months, beginning January 1, 2026, with an option for renewal upon expiry.
The agreement covers multiple floors within the building. Bhagwati Products has taken 10,000 square metres (about 107,639 sq ft) on the third floor for a monthly rent of ₹26 lakh, along with another 10,000 square metres on the same floor for an additional ₹26 lakh per month. Additionally, 20,000 square metres (around 215,278 sq ft) spread across the first and second floors has been leased for ₹52 lakh per month. Together, the arrangements amount to a total monthly rent of ₹1.04 crore.
The lease also includes a 5% rent escalation after 24 months, as outlined in the documents.
Stamp duty of ₹95.60 lakh has been paid on the transaction.
