Omaxe Group Buys 5 Acres of Land in Ludhiana for Rs 220 Crore

Omaxe Group's huge land purchase in Ludhiana for Rs 220 crore is set to change the landscape of Ludhiana.

Omaxe Group, a well-known real estate company, has made a notable move by buying a huge piece of land in Ludhiana. They paid a huge Rs 220 crore for it. This purchase was made after a tough bidding competition, among others, organised by the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA).

Omaxe Group plans to use this land to build residential and commercial spaces. They want to grow their business in Ludhiana and help the city's real estate market grow.

Jatin Goel, the Executive Director of Omaxe Group, expressed his enthusiasm about the venture: "This purchase fits perfectly with our plan to get stronger in important markets and improve Ludhiana's real estate market. We want to create homes and retail spaces that are modern and amazing."

Omaxe Group has a bright history of delivering over 132 million square feet of real estate brilliance. They have completed 21 group housing projects, 10 integrated townships and 14 commercial projects, including malls, offices, hotels and SCOs.

Currently, Omaxe has 22 million square feet of space under construction. This includes seven integrated townships, five group housing projects, and seven diverse commercial projects that promise to redefine urban living and working experience in Ludhiana.
