
Nice Interactive Solutions India Private Limited has leased nearly 1.63 lakh square feet of office space in Pune’s Hinjewadi, marking a major expansion in one of the city’s busiest IT corridors.
The company has taken 162,967 square feet on lease at Embassy Tech Zone 1.5 Rhine, a commercial tower owned by Embassy Pune Techzone Private Limited. Property registration documents accessed by Propstack show that the office space is spread across the second, third, fourth, and eighth floors of the building.
The lease will run for five years, from November 2025 to November 2030. The agreed rent is ₹48 per square foot per month, which works out to about ₹78.22 lakh every month. The agreement also includes a 15 percent rent increase after two years.
As part of the deal, the company has secured 166 car parking spaces. Any additional parking will cost ₹2,000 per car per month. The tenant has paid a security deposit of around ₹5.58 crore.
The transaction was registered on November 28, 2025, with a stamp duty payment of over ₹64 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000, according to the documents.
