Motilal Oswal Expands Footprint in Ahmedabad with Acquisition of 12-Storey Tower

Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) has made a bold move by acquiring a 12-storey tower in Ahmedabad to foster growth and enhance overall work experience.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) has taken a significant step in its growth and expansion strategy. They bought a huge 12-storey commercial tower in Ahmedabad's financial hub. The tower, spanning over 1,10,000 sq. ft. will be called Motilal Oswal Tower, marking the company's third independent commercial property alongside Mumbai and Bengaluru.

The brownfield project at Sindhu Bhavan Road in Ahmedabad will undergo further development and is expected to finish by September 2024. Motilal Oswal aims to create a unified corporate office in Ahmedabad to bring together its various businesses under one roof and enhance the overall work experience.

Motilal Oswal, the group MD & CEO, stated they are committed to investing in the brains, brand, and buildings. They plan to do a lot more in Gujarat, and this new office will help.

Before this, the company acquired the Mumbai head office tower in 2011 and the Bengaluru tower earlier in 2023. Currently, the Mumbai office accommodates over 2,300 employees, while 400 employees work from the Bengaluru office. The new Ahmedabad tower will provide space for 650 employees.

With 12 floors and two basements, this tower will centralise the company's key offices in Ahmedabad and allow room for future growth.
