Marsh McLennan renews lease for 1.75 lakh sq. ft. office in Mumbai’s Powai

Marsh McLennan is one of the world's leading professional services firms in risk, strategy, and people. In India, Marsh received its broking license from the Insurance and Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI) which was established in 2003.

US-based professional services firm Marsh McLennan Global Services has renewed its lease for office space spread over 1.75 lakh sq. ft. in Mumbai's Powai suburb for five years.

The company's India arm has leased the office space In Supreme Business Park at a monthly rent of Rs 100 per sq. ft. which will see an escalation of 15% after the initial three years.

Along with the office space, the company will also get exclusive access to a total of 181 car parking slots. The transaction was concluded and registered on April 12.
