Bollywood actor Madhuri Dixit has leased a commercial office space in Mumbai’s Lower Parel for a five-year term, with the total rental value pegged at ₹2.81 crore, according to property registration documents.
The office unit is located in One Lodha Place and has a carpet area of 731 sq ft. The agreement also includes one designated car parking space. The transaction was officially registered on March 24, 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹72,600 and registration charges of ₹1,000. A security deposit of ₹17 lakh was paid as part of the deal.
As per the lease terms, the monthly rent starts at ₹4.25 lakh for the first year. It will increase by 5% annually, rising to ₹4.46 lakh in the second year, ₹4.68 lakh in the third, ₹4.91 lakh in the fourth, and ₹5.16 lakh in the fifth year.
The office space has been leased from Rinku Parikshit Joshi for a tenure of 60 months. Lower Parel, a key commercial hub in Mumbai, continues to attract high-profile tenants amid sustained demand for premium office spaces in the city.
