The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) on Friday sealed an illegal hotel, row houses, and five illegal constructions in zone 5 during an anti-encroachment drive.
Shraddha Chaudhary, enforcement officer of zone 5, said acting on the directives of LDA VC Indramani Tripathi the authority sealed a two-storey structure on 60 Fita Road in Jankipuram.
This building was being constructed without obtaining map approval from the LDA.
In addition, a three-storey hotel being constructed on a 600 sqm plot in Gudamba was also sealed due to the lack of necessary approvals.
