Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will relaunch the Lohia Enclave scheme in Para, promising a brighter future for residents.

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is gearing up to add fresh life to the Lohia Enclave scheme in Devpur Para. This scheme will involve the construction of new flats on the site.

In the past, there was a lottery system. But this time, the old allottees will have the flats based on priority. So, the needy will be allotted first.

It all started around 2015-16; the project was named 'Samajwadi Lohia Enclave.' Back then, LDA had big plans to build more than 3,000 homes. However, before construction, the officials allotted the flats, which was unfair to many.

The company hired to build the flats failed to do the construction and was banned from working on such projects in 2018 by the LDA Vice Chairman, PN Singh. Later, LDA tried several times to find a new company to finish the houses, but none seemed suitable.

LDA's Vice Chairman, Indramani Tripathi, explained, "Considering all this, we have decided to cancel the old plan after all the discussions. Now, we're starting fresh with a brand new plan".

With new hope and determination, the new Lohia Enclave plan is all set to bring new life to the area, and it shows that even when things don't go as planned, there's always a way to make things better.
