Leighton Group Bestowed with Rs. 1000 Crore for Luxury Housing Project by Elan Group

Elan Group decided to allot Rs. 1000 crore to Leighton Group to construct a luxurious housing project in Gurugram.

Leighton India is a prime part of Leighton Asia, one of the CIMIC Group members, having its headquarters in Australia. On August 5, 2023, Leighton Group was bestowed with a Rs. 1000 crore deal for a luxury housing Project (Phase-1) by one of India's fastest-growing real estate companies, Elan Group.

The Chairman of Elan Group, Rakesh Kapoor, says,"Leighton India has extensive construction experience in India during the past 25 years– it has delivered some of the largest projects in the country. We are confident that this association will ensure world-class delivery of this project regarding safety, quality and timelines while keeping sustainability at the core in line with our philosophy".

Now that the Leighton Group has become the contractor of the housing project, they will be liable for the timely delivery, civil construction, coordinating with other contractors, the infrastructure of the project and more!

According to the company's officials, this project will have 728 units located in Sector 106, Gurugram, near Dwarka Expressway!
