Rekha Jhunjhunwala's Kiinteisto LLP bags Mumbai office spaces at Rs. 739 crore, marking a big move in real estate acquisitions.

Kinnteisto LLP, backed by Rekha Jhunjhunwala, has secured office spaces in Mumbai worth a huge Rs. 739 crore. This acquisition spans the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) and the Andheri districts.

The company shelled approximately Rs. 601 crore for 1.26 lakh square feet across four floors in a BKC tower. Additionally, they acquired over 68,195 square feet on the Sth floor of an office tower in Andheri.

They paid stamp duty charges of around Rs. 44.06 crore in total - Rs. 36.06 crore for the BKC property and about Rs. 8.27 lakh for the Andheri property.

The company sealed these deals directly with the developers, as revealed. Moreover, as part of the agreement, Kinnteisto LLP will gain access to multiple parking slots - 124 in the BKC tower and 110 in Andheri.
