The Kalpataru Limited Andheri redevelopment project is going to transform a housing society in one of Mumbai’s most established residential neighbourhoods. The project involves the redevelopment of Shree Mahalakshmi CHS, located off Veera Desai Road.
The redevelopment involves Shree Mahalakshmi CHS, a residential society located off Veera Desai Road. According to a company statement, the project spans about three acres and has a total development potential of nearly 0.4 million sq ft of carpet area.
The proposed development is expected to include around 350 apartments available for sale. Once completed, the project will add to Kalpataru’s growing portfolio of redevelopment projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, where ageing housing societies are increasingly opting for redevelopment to upgrade living conditions and unlock land value.
Andheri West offers established civic and social infrastructure, including well-known schools, colleges, hospitals, retail centres, entertainment hubs, and access to major employment districts.
Kalpataru said the new residential development will focus on modern planning, sustainability features, and amenities suited to present-day urban living. The Kalpataru Limited Andheri redevelopment project will also strengthen the company’s redevelopment pipeline across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
