Kajol Expands Her Mumbai Empire With a New Fancy Office Costing Rs. 7.64 Crores
Kajol, the famous actress, bought a big office in Mumbai's Andheri for 7.64 crores. A new real estate investment by a Bollywood celebrity!
Bollywood's actress Kajol is making news again, but it's not on the silver screen this time. She bought a big office spanning 2,100 square feet in Oshiwara for Rs 7.64 crore.
She got this office from the leading company, Veer Savarkar Projects and paid the stamp duty of Rs. 45.84 lakh.
Kajol's husband, Ajay Devgan, bought five offices in the same building in April, with a spend of Rs. 45 Crore. These five offices span two floors, covering 13,293 square feet of this prime commercial real estate. Three are on the 16th floor and cover about 8,404 square feet. The other two are on the 17th floor, measuring 4,893 square feet.
Kajol also gets three special parking spots; her office is on the 8th floor.
The project, currently under construction, has 28 upper floors and four basements. According to the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority's portal, it will be ready by June 2025.
Real estate has remained one of the most preferred investments for many Bollywood stars apart from Kajol and Ajay. Many famous actors and directors like Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Shilpa Shetty, Akshay Kumar, Abhishek Bachchan, and Aishwarya Rai have also ventured into real estate.
Lately, many stories have been about other Bollywood stars like Ranveer Singh, Hrithik Roshan, Rani Mukherjee, Alia Bhatt, Disha Patani, and Janhvi Kapoor for high-end luxury deals.
