Mumbai, February 7, 2026: Bollywood actor Ishaan Khattar has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s elite Pali Hill, Bandra, for ₹29.37 crore, according to property registration documents accessed via CRE Matrix.
The premium residence is located at Navroz Apartments, part of the Navroze Premises Co-operative Society, a sought-after residential enclave known for its privacy and upscale living. The apartment spans a carpet area of 2,989.05 sq ft and was previously owned by Kapil M Mahtani.
The transaction was officially registered on February 5, 2026. As per the documents, Khattar paid ₹1.76 crore as stamp duty, reflecting the high valuation and exclusivity of the micro-market.
The apartment comes with four dedicated car parking spaces, a significant advantage in one of Mumbai’s most congested but luxurious area.
Pali Hill continues to attract celebrities, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals, reinforcing its status as one of Mumbai’s most desirable residential addresses.
Just recently, renowned filmmaker Karan Johar also made headlines for buying a premium apartment in the Pali Vintage development in Khar West, Mumbai, a 1,060 sq ft home that was registered at around ₹8.05 crore in November 2025, further highlighting the ongoing conversation around celebrity investment moves in the city’s top areas.
