Managed workspace provider IndiQube Spaces Limited has signed a ₹52 crore managed office deal with a leading Japanese e-commerce company for approximately 35,000 sq ft at Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road, according to a statement released by the company on April 15.
The five-year agreement is aimed at supporting the client’s operations in India through a fully managed, enterprise-grade workspace solution. The deal highlights the growing preference among global firms for flexible office formats that enable faster expansion and operational agility.
The transaction comes at a time when India’s flex office market has crossed 100 million sq ft, driven by rising demand from enterprises seeking scalable and cost-efficient workspace solutions.
Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road continues to attract multinational companies due to its strong ecosystem of technology parks, corporate hubs, and access to a highly skilled workforce, reinforcing its position as a key commercial real estate destination in India.
