India's real estate market is experiencing a major transformation. While metro cities continue to attract homebuyers and renters, many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities are emerging as preferred residential destinations. Better infrastructure, expanding job opportunities, growing educational institutions, and increasing digital adoption are driving demand in cities such as Guwahati, Dehradun, Rajkot, and Mysore.
