HCC's dynamic exchange of 2.35 lakh sq. metres land in Maharashtra is a mesmerising deal worth Rs. 95 crore.

Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) has sealed the 'deed of conveyance' for selling a vast expanse spanning 2,35,870 sq metres in the Village Karnala (Tara), Maharashtra. Oak and Stone Construction is the lucky buyer who snagged this prime piece of real estate for Rs. 95 crore.

Meanwhile, HCC's subsidiary, Stenier AG of Switzerland, took centre stage in a global play. Their recent share purchase agreement with France's Demathieu Bard saw the divestment of the entire equity interest in Steiner Construction SA, a noteworthy step-down material subsidiary, raking in Rs. 928 crore.

HCC continues to make waves in the real estate and construction realm, showcasing its power in strategic transactions and financial finesse.
