Godrej Properties Ltd. land acquisitions in Kolkata and Gurugram have expanded its development pipeline with two projects together carrying an estimated revenue potential of ₹6,150 crore.

On March 4, the developer said it emerged as the highest bidder in an e-auction conducted by West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd. for a five-acre land parcel off EM Bypass in Kolkata. The site is located in a well-established and upscale residential district, an area that has noted steady demand from homebuyers seeking better connectivity and social infrastructure.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, the planned premium residential project on this parcel is expected to generate around ₹1,650 crore in revenue. The location, with its access to key parts of the city, is likely to attract both end-users and investors.

In a separate transaction, the company has acquired 11.36 acres in Sector 63A, Gurugram, through an outright purchase. The land falls within the Golf Course Extension Road micro-market, a corridor that has developed into one of the region’s most active residential hubs. With links to Golf Course Road, Sohna Road, and NH-48, the area has drawn sustained interest from buyers.

The Gurugram project is expected to deliver residential development with a revenue potential exceeding ₹4,500 crore, further strengthening the company’s presence in key urban markets.
