In a groundbreaking move, the Galaxy Group, hailing from the National Capital Region (NCR), has struck a momentous deal with the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) by leasing a sprawling land parcel in South Delhi's prestigious Lodhi Colony for a staggering Rs 356 crore. This monumental step redefines residential development in the city's heart.
The visionary project is not just about bricks and mortar; it's about crafting a new way of life. The Galaxy Group is set on shaping a residential oasis that seamlessly marries modernity with luxury. With the pledge to invest an additional Rs 1,000 crore, the project will encompass state-of-the-art apartments and cater to the housing needs of dedicated railway staff.
"Delhi's skyline is evolving, and we're thrilled to be part of this transformative journey. Luxury and South Delhi have always been synonymous, and our project will redefine opulent living," stated Pradeep Kumar Agrawalla, Director of Galaxy and Sawasdee Group.
The expansive land parcel, sprawled across Sewa Nagar and Lodhi Colony, spans an impressive 43,345.82 square metres. A substantial 16,058.40 square metres has been earmarked for a residential haven that will stand the test of time for 99 years. The remaining area is dedicated to the ambitious redevelopment of an existing railway colony, giving new life to heritage.
With a total saleable area of around 500,000 square feet, the Galaxy Group is all set to curate a luxury residential marvel. The coming months will witness meticulous master planning and design, with construction anticipated shortly after. This marks a monumental chapter in the Galaxy Group's journey, known for its excellence in Greater Noida West and commercial projects in The Capital.
The upcoming development will bask in the glory of proximity to eminent localities like Chanakyapuri Diplomatic Enclave and Golf Links, promising an enviable lifestyle. The RLDA's strategic vision for land development is at the heart of this endeavour, with the authority's role extending to railway assets and more.
