Suraksha Realty directors secure two Rs. 50 crore sea-view apartments, redefining luxury living in Worli's Naman Xena.
Paresh and Vijay Parekh, directors of Suraksha Realty, have bought two sea-facing apartments in Mumbai's Worli area for Rs. 100 crore.
These abodes, on the 26th and 27th floors of the upcoming Naman Xena tower, offer a carpet area of 6,458 sq. ft. each. The Parekh brothers sealed the deal on November 7, giving over Rs. 6 crore just for the stamp duty.
Securing these high-end apartments directly from Shree Naman Residency, the developers of the Naman Xena project, the duo also secured a sweet deal on eight parking slots to accompany their luxurious purchases.
Naman Xena, a 27-storey marvel spanning over 0.6 acres along the Worli Sea face, promises the flexibility of customization. Residents can mould their living spaces into duplex dreams with a bare shell floor plate.
Mumbai, known for its real estate market, marked an all-time high in October. Despite soaring mortgage rates and property prices, the city recorded a remarkable 25.5% YoY surge in property registrations, hitting 10,566 transactions. Stamp duty collections reached a huge Rs. 833 crore, adding a hefty sum to the state's coffers.
