Indian cricketer Suryakumar Yadav’s wife, Devisha Yadav, has purchased a premium apartment in Chembur for Rs. 7.18 crore. The transaction, registered in February 2026, was reviewed through property registration documents accessed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration.
The apartment is located in Godrej Sky Terraces, a high-end residential development in Chembur, Mumbai. According to the registration records, the home offers a carpet area of 1,402 sq. ft. and a total built-up area of 1,516.20 sq. ft. The unit also includes two dedicated car parking spaces. The purchase attracted a stamp duty payment of Rs. 35.90 lakh along with registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
This acquisition follows an earlier investment by the couple in March 2025, when Suryakumar Yadav and Devisha Yadav jointly bought two apartments in the same building for Rs. 21.1 crore. The latest deal further strengthens their growing presence in Mumbai’s residential market, particularly in the steadily developing Chembur micro-market.
