Actor Bobby Deol and his wife Tania Deol, through their firm Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, have purchased five commercial office units in Mumbai’s Andheri West for approximately ₹15.05 crore.
The office units, measuring a combined area of over 3,400 sq ft, are located on the second floor of Yura Business Park Phase 2 on Link Road in Andheri West. The seller in the transaction is the project developer, Yura Business Park Private Limited.
The deal was registered on February 27, 2026. Documents show that the buyers paid stamp duty exceeding ₹90 lakh and a registration fee of about ₹1.50 lakh.
The commercial project is currently under construction, with possession scheduled for December 2027. The purchase also includes five car parking spaces.
The same building has also attracted investments from members of the Roshan family. Actor Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan’s firm HRX Digitech LLP and his mother Pramila Roshan’s Filmkunj (Bombay), collectively own 10 office units in Yura Business Park Phase 2.
According to documents, the Roshan family’s office units are located on the third and fourth floors of the building.
