Bollywood celebrities are again in the spotlight. Amitabh Bachchan, Kartik Aryan, and Sara Ali Khan sealed the deals for prime office spaces in Andheri.
Bollywood's legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has recently bought four huge offices covering 8,400 square feet in Mumbai's Andheri area. Mr. Bachchan signed the deal with Veer Savarkar Projects, securing offices on the 21st floor. The deal cost him nearly Rs. 29 crore. He purchased the offices on 1 September 2023 by paying Rs. 1.72 crore in stamp duty.
Other actors like Kartik Aryan, Sara Ali Khan, and her mom, Amrita Singh, have also bought offices in the same building. Even Ajay Devgan and Kajol have bought offices here before.
Kartik Aryan bought a nearly 2,100 square feet office for Rs. 10 crore, while Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh acquired a similar-sized space for Rs. 9 crore.
Meanwhile, Kartik Aryan recently invested in a luxury apartment worth Rs. 17.50 crore in Mumbai's Juhu area. And, in the same building, Kajol bought an office covering almost 2,100 square feet for Rs 7.64 crore. Her husband, Ajay Devgan, had bought five office spaces for Rs. 45 crore earlier in the same building.
The massive project has 28 upper floors and 4 basements and is still under construction. It is set to be completed by June 2025.
